To improve HCS, decentralized management could be a particularly promising approach. Introduction: The rapid adoption of electronic health record (EHR) systems has resulted in extensive archives of data relevant to clinical research, hospital operations, and the development of learning health systems. However, EHR data are not frequently available, cleaned, standardized, validated, and ready for use by stakeholders. LHNs provide an ideal environment for the rapid adoption of evidence-based guidelines and translation of research and best practices at scale. Introduction: There is international interest in using patient-reported outcome measures in HIV care to improve the well-being of people with HIV, but the prioritisation of specific outcomes and measures remains unclear. This project's objective is to engage both people with HIV and healthcare, social and community service providers to develop a French and English-language core set of patient-reported outcomes and measures for use in HIV care at the patient level in Montreal (Canada).
Methods And Analysis: This multimethod project will follow guidance from the Core Outcome Measures in Effectiveness Trials Initiative and involve two phases.

Background: Platform trials are innovative clinical trials governed by a master protocol that allows for the evaluation of multiple investigational treatments that enter and leave the trial over time. Interest in platform trials has been steadily increasing over the last decade. Due to their highly adaptive nature, platform trials provide sufficient flexibility to customize important trial design aspects to the requirements of both the specific disease under investigation and the different stakeholders.
