Foreign body most frequently reaches respiratory airways by act of aspiration. It could be of various origin, most dangerous is vegetables one which inlarges progressively and could obturate airways completelly. Consequences of that is problem with breathing, atelectasis, and futher on if that obstactle is of long duration bronchiectasis and abscess of pulmonum can be developed. The aim od this paper is to present uncommen foreign body located in the right bronchus- plastic tube. Methods of choice: bronchoscopy and extraction.
