Precise clinical and electroneurographic examinations were made of 51 patients before and after anterior transposition of the ulnar nerve. The mean follow-up period was 9.6 years. In 86%, hand function improved, while in 10% it remained unchanged. Subcutaneous transposition was better than submuscular transposition, especially with regard to sensation. This method is simple and involves low morbidity for patients.

Aim: To explore the effectiveness and safety of Osborne's ligament suspension and ulnar nerve anterior transposition (OLSUNAT) in conjunction with transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) for managing cubital tunnel syndrome (CTS).
Methods: A total of 116 individuals diagnosed with CTS who underwent OLSUNAT in our hospital between October 2020 and December 2023 were retrospectively selected. They were divided into a treatment group (62 cases) and a control group (54 cases) based on whether they received subsequent TENS.

The use of conduction system pacing (CSP) in adults with congenital heart disease (CHD) is growing, however data remain limited. In patients with congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries following the double switch operation, existing CSP tools and techniques require modification to allow for the anterior displacement of the atrioventricular node and proximal conduction system in addition to navigating the tortuous route of the atrial redirection. We report the successful use of CSP focusing on the technique of delivery tool modification to allow stability on the basal septum for deployment to the area of the distal His bundle and proximal left bundle branch.

Traditionally, the procedure involves a long single incision in the thigh to harvest the femoral vein, but this approach is associated with increased risks of local complications such as infections and haematomas. Skip incisions have shown to lower complication rates and shorten maturation times.

Background: In proximal hypospadias, ventral curvature is invariable and most have penoscrotal transposition, and we observed that the base of the penis (BOP) was located on the inferior aspect of the pubic bones in those, in contrast to the location of the BOP at the anterior end in normal penises. We also observed an unfused bulbospongiosus muscle (BSM) at surgery in those. The aim was to assess the impact of repairing the unfused BSM or transection and straightening of the urethral plate at the first operation on the low BOP.

Schwannoma is a benign tumor arising from Schwann cells of peripheral nerves. Although recurrence is rare, this case report highlights a unique instance of recurrent ulnar nerve schwannoma in a 76-year-old construction worker, emphasizing the complexities of surgical management. The patient presented to our orthopedic clinic with persistent pain and tingling in the medial aspect of his left forearm and hand for the past two years.
