This paper examines the motivations and experiences of older French-speaking men who relocate to Thailand driven by the desire for a more fulfilling and liberated lifestyle that contrasts with their experiences in their home countries. Through an analysis of video interviews with 31 expatriates available online, the study reveals a prevalent trend among these men to initially engage in short-term sexual relationships, enjoying the freedoms of Thailand's vibrant social scene. However, as they acclimate to their new environment, a significant shift towards long-term partnerships is observed, marking a transition from transient interactions to more meaningful connections.

Background: Online child sexual exploitation and abuse (OCSEA) is a global health issue. The aim of this global systematic review and meta-analysis was to better understand the prevalence and nature of OCSEA on a global scale.

Methods: Comprehensive literature searches were done in six UN languages (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian, and Spanish) and multiple databases, for records published between Jan 1, 2010, and Sept 30, 2023.

Background: In Uganda, adolescent girls', and young women's (AGYW-15-24 years) current HIV prevalence is fourfold compared with their male counterparts due to compounded social, economic, and environmental factors. Using the Protective Motivation Theory (PMT), we explored HIV-acquisition risk sources and perceived protective factors from AGYW and caregivers' perspective.

Materials And Methods: During 2018, we conducted a qualitative study guided by PMT to explore factors influencing HIV acquisition among AGYW.

Introduction: Uptake of voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC) remains a challenge in many settings. Innovative implementation strategies are required to scale-up VMMC uptake.

Methodology: RITe was a multi-faceted intervention comprising transport reimbursement (R), intensified health education (IHE) and SMS/Telephone tracing (Te), which increased the uptake of VMMC among uncircumcised men with sexually transmitted infections (STIs) in Malawi.
