We aimed at quantifying the effects of different tea and coffee on weight loss in adults. We searched PubMed, Scopus, CENTRAL and grey literature sources to July 2024. The study excluded cross-over trials without washout period, those in critically ill patients, pregnant or breast-feeding women, multicomponent interventions and active control groups with tea or coffee.

Background: The role of diet in breast cancer prevention is controversial and limited in low-middle-income countries (LMICs). This study aimed to investigate the association between different dietary factors and breast cancer risk in Vietnamese women.
Methods: Three hundred seventy newly histologically confirmed breast cancer cases and 370 controls matched by 5-year age from September 2019 to March 2020 in Ho Chi Minh City were recorded dietary intake using a validated food frequency questionnaire.

Immunoproteasome is a specialized form of proteasome which plays a crucial role in antigen processing and presentation, and enhances immune responses against malignant cells. This review explores the role of immunoproteasome in the anti-tumor immune responses, including immune surveillance and modulation of the tumor microenvironment, as well as its potential as a target for cancer immunotherapy. Furthermore, we have also discussed the therapeutic potential of immunoproteasome inhibitors, strategies to enhance antigen presentation and combination therapies.
