Article Abstract
Lobular carcinoma ranks second among most frequent tumors of the breast. Metastases to the lymph nodes and distant organs are one of the most important prognostic factors. 60% regional lymph node metastases were morphologically diagnosed during surgical removal of the tumor. Distant metastases rate was 1% at the beginning of the treatment and reached 10% within 5-year follow-up. Cases of secondary uterus and epiploon lobular carcinoma are rare and tumor location in the breast should be proved.

Purpose: There is limited data on the use of low dose tamoxifen (LDT) for chemoprevention since its introduction in 2019. This study sought to determine the rate of LDT uptake at our institution and describe factors associated with its use.
Methods: We performed a retrospective chart review of women diagnosed with ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS), lobular carcinoma in situ (LCIS), and/or atypical hyperplasia from 2019 to 2021.

Methods: Clinicopathological features of AFD (n=9) were examined in comparison to those of severe alcoholic hepatitis (SAH; n=12).
Results: Patients with AFD presented with either biochemical liver dysfunction (n=1) or clinical jaundice (n=8).
