Results of treatment of 1035 patients with an acute intestinal impassability (AII) were analyzed. There were determined advantages of the ultrasonic investigation (USI) in comparison with roentgenological investigation. Diagnostic validity of USI, not depending on the All origin, had constituted 100% and of roentgenological investigation--33-78%. Modern diagnosis and adequate volume of operative intervention had permitted to improve the results of the patients treatment with All. The mortality rate had constituted 3.3% (43 patients died).

Chitinase 3-like protein 1 (CHI3L1) is emerging as a promising biomarker for assessing intracranial lesion burden and predicting prognosis in traumatic brain injury (TBI) patients. Following experimental TBI, Chi3l1 transcripts were detected in reactive astrocytes located within the pericontusional cortex. Methodology: This descriptive study included 166 healthcare professionals who had tested positive for COVID-19 via PCR at least four weeks prior and subsequently presented to the Family Medicine Clinic at Pamukkale University Training and Research Hospital.
