Treatment options for patients with relapsed or refractory (R/R) anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) have increased in the era of targeted therapies such as brentuximab vedotin (BV) and Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase (ALK) inhibitors. However, there is no standard treatment and limited published data evaluating their use. The goal of this retrospective study is to describe current real-world treatment and outcomes of pediatric, adolescent, and young adult patients with R/R ALK-positive ALCL.

Implantable loop recorders (ILRs) have become a key tool in managing patients with unexplained syncope, and guidelines advise their use in individuals with recurrent, unexplained syncope or palpitations. In many simple viruses and virus-like particles, the protein capsid self-assembles around a nucleic-acid genome. Although the assembly process has been studied in detail, relatively little is known about how the capsid disassembles, a potentially important step for infection (in viruses) or cargo delivery (in virus-like particles). We investigate capsid disassembly using a coarse-grained molecular dynamics model of a = 1 dodecahedral capsid and an RNA-like polymer.
