In order to make the drugs can cure the tumor precisely, this paper establishes the tumor immune dynamic model through the differential equation of tumor growth and analyzes the persistence of the tumor immune model. Research on dual anticancer drugs and commonly used coupling methods is carried out to complete the synthesis of polyethylene glycol dual anticancer drug couplers and the antitumor activity is analyzed to derive the degree of inhibition of polyethylene glycol dual anticancer drugs on tumor activity. From the four judging criteria, it was concluded that the polyethylene glycol bis-anti-cancer drug has a better curative effect on tumor cells.

Article Synopsis
  • TACE is the standard treatment for patients with unresectable, non-metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma, and this study evaluates the effectiveness of adding lenvatinib and pembrolizumab to TACE compared to a placebo.
  • The multicenter, randomised, double-blind phase 3 study (LEAP-012) involved participants from 137 sites across 33 countries who were randomly assigned to receive either TACE with the new drugs or TACE with a placebo.
  • The primary endpoints were progression-free survival and overall survival, and the results reported are from the first interim analysis, which serves as the final analysis for progression-free survival.

The treatment of Philadelphia chromosome-positive B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ B-cell ALL) has seen substantial progress over the past two decades. The introduction of tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKIs) has resulted in dramatic improvements in long-term survival. Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT), with its curative potential, has always been an integral part of the treatment algorithm of Ph+ ALL.

The growing interest in minimal and non-invasive therapies, especially in the field of cancer treatment, highlights a significant shift toward safer and more effective options. Ablative therapies are well-established tools in cancer treatment, with known effects including locoregional control, while their role as modulators of the systemic immune response against cancer is emerging. The HIFU developed with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) guidance enables treatment precision, improves real-time procedural control, and ensures accurate outcome assessment.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) presents an escalating public health challenge globally. However, drug resistance has emerged as a major impediment to successful HCC treatment, limiting the efficacy of curative interventions. Despite numerous investigations into the diverse impacts of hsa-miR-125a-5p on tumor growth across different cancer types, its specific involvement in chemotherapy resistance in HCC remains elusive.
