Objectives: Functional neurological disorder (FND) is a complex disorder, recently attracting much research into aetiology and treatment. However, there is limited research on the patient's lived experience. This paper addresses this gap to ask: 'What is the subjective life experience of adult patients living with FND?'
Methods: From 1980 to 2020, Medline, PsycInfo, Scopus, Science Direct, PubMed, CINAHL and Embase were searched for English language qualitative adult research.

Delayed treatment of insomnia-related symptoms can harm physical health and increase the psychological burden. In addition to oral medications and some physical therapies, aromatherapy can help overcome some treatment-related side effects. Herein, parachlorophenylalanine (PCPA)-induced insomnia was established in Kunming (KM) mice, which were subjected to aromatherapy using five plants (, , , , and ) essential oils (EOs).

Purpose: The aim of this study is to evaluate how aromatherapy with the inhalation of lavender oil affects fatigue and sleep quality in patients with hematological malignancies undergoing chemotherapy.
Methods: This randomized, parallel-group study was carried out in the Adult Bone Marrow Transplant unit and Hematology-Oncology clinics between January 2022 and April 2023. A total of 120 patients were assigned to experimental and control groups by randomization.

Objective: To verify the effect of aromatherapy (inhaled or via the skin) with lavender, sweet orange and bergamot essential oils on caregivers' overload and fatigue.
Method: Pilot, quasi-experimental, randomized, non-blind and parallel study with two groups. The reduced Zarit Burden Interview and Revised Piper scales were used, comparing the effect of two routes of administration.

Background And Purpose: Aromatherapy, a non-pharmacological intervention involving essential oils, has been suggested as a complementary therapy for perioperative discomfort. This study seeks to systematically examine the efficacy of aromatherapy in alleviating pain and other discomforts in mothers undergoing cesarean sections.
Methods: A systematic search of PubMed, the Cochrane Library, and Embase was conducted from inception to September 2024.
