Background: Interventricular septal dissection is a critical disease characterized by the separation of the intraventricular septum into two layers, forming an intermediate layer with a cystic cavity that communicates with the root of the aorta or ventricle. It has low morbidity and high mortality rates.
Case Presentation: Case 1: A 58-year-old male with a history of hypertension and smoking presented to a local hospital due to chest tightness and pain for 4 days.

Background: Although coronary artery involvement in patients with IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD) is rare, emergency revascularization is recommended for managing acute coronary syndrome. However, coronary aneurysm formation and stent migration after sirolimus-eluting stent implantation have been reported for this disease. Thus, new treatment modalities are warranted for the management of coronary artery disease in this vasculitis.

Introduction: Thalamic hemorrhage caused by cerebrovascular disease is unusual. We describe a rare case of thalamic hemorrhage due to rupture of an aneurysm at the feeder of a tentorial dural arteriovenous fistula in the Galen region mimicking a hypertensive hemorrhage.
Case Presentation: A 78-year-old woman with sudden-onset right hemiparesis was diagnosed with left thalamic hemorrhage.
