Background: Understanding the dietary intake of elite adolescent athletes and its adequacy with sport nutrition recommendation is a key issue for health and player development, as well as performance and recovery. Energy availability needs to be considered to ensure optimal health and performance in young athletes. Background: Patients with large pannus and ventral hernias may benefit from undergoing panniculectomy performed concurrently with open ventral hernia repair (VHR-PAN). However, there has been concerns related to increase surgical site occurrences when adding a panniculectomy. This study aims to evaluate outcomes of open VHR with and without panniculectomy using a large hernia specific database.

Purpose: Patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) have varying responses to immunotherapy, but there are no reliable, accepted biomarkers to accurately predict its therapeutic efficacy. The present study aimed to construct individualized models through automatic machine learning (autoML) to predict the efficacy of immunotherapy in patients with inoperable advanced NSCLC.
Methods: A total of 63 eligible participants were included and randomized into training and validation groups.
