This article describes the Mayo Arizona process for developing an information technology strategic plan. The background of organizational events that gave rise to this strategic planning process is presented. A cross-functional team of key IT stakeholders was convened; the team used a facilitated process to derive a pro forma set of IT strategic objectives from the larger organization's emerging strategic plan. A broad set of leadership interviews was conducted to further identify detailed objectives that would confirm, complement, or conflict with the "strawperson." The IT strategic objectives then were refined and published by the organization. The article also describes the annual process of reviewing the IT strategic plan and translating it to a set of tactical objectives. This includes the committee structure for project prioritization, which is guided by the IT strategic plan. The outcome of the prioritization process is a five-year IT tactical plan, which is used to communicate the IT action plan for achievement of the strategic objectives. The strategic and tactical plans have resulted in stronger ownership and advocacy of IT activities by organizational leadership and a clearer view of the impact of technology on the organization's strategic plan.

Evaluating the practical utility of endangered plant species is crucial for their conservation. Nevertheless, numerous endangered plants, including Sinocalycanthus chinensis, lack historical usage data, leading to a paucity of guidance in traditional pharmacological research. This gap impedes their development and potential utilization.

Objective: Given the critical role of general practitioners (GPs) in the early diagnosis and management of asbestos-related diseases (ARDs), and the significant history of asbestos fibres pollution in Alessandria Local Health Authority (ASL AL), this project aimed to assess the knowledge and awareness of asbestos risks, as well as the experience in diagnosing ARDs among GPs working in Alessandria province, Northern Italy.
Methods: A questionnaire was administered to 216 GPs from all ASL AL territorial districts during 26 Territorial Assistance Equipes (EATs) meetings, held from September 2022 to January 2023. It contained 29 questions covering three main areas: 'knowledge and awareness', 'competence and experience', 'sociodemographic characteristics and workload'.

Introduction: While African countries have expanded access to HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) since 2015, regional targets for PrEP uptake remain unmet. Understanding which populations are prioritized for PrEP at the policy level is an important step in determining the scope of PrEP distribution across Africa and identifying gaps in programme implementation. We reviewed national guidance to characterize populations prioritized for PrEP in Africa.

Hardware system customized toward the demands of graph neural network learning would promote efficiency and strong temporal processing for graph-structured data. However, most amorphous/polycrystalline oxides-based memristors commonly have unstable conductance regulation due to random growth of conductive filaments. And graph neural networks based on robust and epitaxial film memristors can especially improve energy efficiency due to their high endurance and ultra-low power consumption.

Background: The purpose of this study is to explore the association between class-level factors, such as lesson start time, class size, lesson location, PE content, and PE context, and student engagement in moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (MVPA) during PE lessons in both elementary and middle schools.
Methods: A total of 284 PE lessons from ten schools in Shanghai, Eastern China, were included in the study. Students' MVPA during PE lessons was recorded using accelerometry, and lesson context was evaluated using the System for Observing Fitness Instruction Time (SOFIT).
