But a dificienny of meat, fish, dairy products frent, berries is marhed. The diets thas dificiency in rations of patients are characterized by irrational set basic food products, cannot provide daily needs for nutrients: animal protein, vitamins C, A, vitamins B group, beta-carotene and mineral element--Ca, Mg, P, Zn, Se. Entering of nutrional substance, such as vitamins, and mineral elements with a food is reduced in dietary restrictions, deficiency means, residence in country-side.

According to the federal register, up to 3,77 million elderly Russians have a confirmed diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM2), the most important criterion for the effectiveness of treatment of which is the achievement of therapeutic control targets. At the same time, the structure of the algorithm for their assessment in elderly patients is quite complex and involves the analysis of many different parameters, including indicators of geriatric status. The topic of the timing of the manifestation of age-associated diseases (as an indirect indicator of accelerated population aging) after the transfer of COVID-19 remains an urgent area in scientific research. Early targeted diagnosis can significantly reduce the consequences of pathology, in connection with which the features of the manifestation of various nosologies in the post-COVID period were studied.
