Switching electric polarization by external stimuli constitutes a technical foundation for various applications. Here, we reported the observation of polarization-switching behavior in an oxo-bridged mixed-valence complex [FeO(piv)(py)] (piv = pivalate, py = pyridine). Detailed variable-temperature Mössbauer spectral analyses unambiguously confirm the occurrence of an electron localization-delocalization transition between two inequivalent Fe sites.

Background: Compared to colorectal cancer (CRC) in adults, CRC in children is extremely rare. Although its incidence has increased recently, there is a lack of clinical research on the disease. Inherited cancer susceptibility syndromes (ICSS), a group of disorders in which patients are predisposed to susceptibility to a wide range of tumors as a result of pathogenic mutations in genes in their germ line, are an important cause of CRC in children.

Background And Purpose: Patient education on physical activity (PA) requires a clear understanding of PA intensity. However, there is no organized list of PAs intensities specific to individuals with stroke. This review aimed to clarify the intensity of PAs in people with stroke and summarize the methodologies and participant characteristics in previous investigations of energy expenditure (EE) during PAs.
