Background & Objectives: Human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) is a frequent participant in the infectious process in critically ill patients. This study aimed to determine the incidence of HCMV reactivation in critically ill patients and estimate the clinical effect of reactivation on the course of the pathological process.
Methods: To determine the incidence of HCMV reactivation, plasma and sputum samples were collected from 82 critically ill patients.

This review covers the types and applications of chemical inhibitors of gas hydrate formation in the oil and gas industry. The main directions of the development of new types of highly effective and environmentally safe "green" kinetic hydrate inhibitors (KHIs) based on biopolymers are analyzed. The structure, physicochemical properties, efficiency of gas hydrate formation inhibition, and commercial prospects of polysaccharides in preventing and controlling the formation of gas hydrates are considered.

In this paper, a low-cost small-sized strap-down inertial navigation system (SINS)-Gyrolab GL-VG 109-is studied. When the system is installed on an unmanned vehicle and works in autonomous mode, it is difficult to determine the navigation parameters of the unmanned vehicle. Correcting the SINS information from the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) can significantly increase the determination accuracy of the navigation parameters.

Objective: Cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) imaging is a well-established technique for diagnosis of hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM) and evaluation of cardiac function, but the process is complicated and time consuming. Therefore, this paper proposes a cardiomyopathy recognition algorithm using a multi-task learning mechanism and a double-branch deep learning neural network.
Method: We implemented a double-branch neural network CMR-based HOCM recognition algorithm.
