A 17-year-old male presented with right knee pain following mild trauma whilst playing badminton. He subsequently developed a popliteal pseudoaneurysm secondary to trauma from a tibial osteochondroma. This is a recognised though very rare occurrence. Its appearance is reported for the first time using multidetector row computed tomographic angiography (MDCTA). The clinical presentation and management of the popliteal pseudoaneurysm are outlined and the imaging findings are illustrated. There is increasing usefulness of MDCTA as an accessible, accurate, noninvasive clinical tool in the emergency diagnostic setting. Its use in the management of this unusual condition is demonstrated with emphasis on 3D, multi-planar reconstruction post-processing techniques.

Vascular Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (vEDS) is an autosomal dominant disorder that results from mutations in the collagen type III gene. It is a risk factor for medium-sized artery aneurysms, dissections, and ruptures. We report a case of hemoperitoneum due to medial dissection and rupture of the superior mesenteric artery related to vEDS.

Bony exostoses, or osteochondromas, are benign bone tumors that usually develop at growth plates during the growth period. Large exostosis can compress nearby vascular structures, causing occlusion, perforation, or pseudoaneurysm. We report a case of a middle-aged woman with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and atherosclerotic risk factors who had an unusual presentation of chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI) of the left leg combined with a flare-up of RA.

Purpose: Vascular injuries require immediate surgical treatment with standard vascular techniques. We aimed to identify pitfalls in vascular surgery for trauma team optimization and to suggest recommendations for trauma and vascular surgeons.
Methods: We reviewed 28 victims and analyzed the patterns of injuries, methods of repair, and outcomes.

Introduction: Popliteal artery pseudoaneurysm is rare after blunt trauma without associated bone fracture, usually presenting in a delayed fashion. We present a case of early presentation following minor civilian trauma.
Case Presentation: A 66-year-old man presented with left leg pain and swelling after a trivial knee hyperextension injury.
