Inbred albino mice and C57Bl/6 mice were exposed to nonthermal radiation of 37 GHz frequency in order to detect delayed effects caused by repeated irradiation. The detected pathomorphological changes and the dynamics of their formation suggest that these factors are responsible for delayed formation of immunodeficiency provoking mutagenic and carcinogenic effects.

This paper assesses whether Brazilian primary health care is worth it in the long-run by estimating the accumulated costs and benefits of its flagship, the Family Health Strategy program (ESF). We employ an alternative strategy centered on years of exposure to the program to incorporate its dynamics. We also account for the program's heterogeneity with respect to the remuneration of ESF health teams and the intensity of coverage across Brazilian municipalities, measure by the number of people assisted by each ESF team, on average.

The results of the study can be useful for mitigating the consequences of man-made radiation accidents, protecting professional contingents, reducing the toxic effect of radiation therapy, and expanding the range of drug use.
Materials And Methods: Effect of flagellin was investigated 10 months after its administration of irradiated male of mice F1 (CBAхC57Bl/6).

The objective of this research was to characterize the venetoclax exposure-efficacy and exposure-safety relationships and determine its optimal dose in elderly patients with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) receiving venetoclax in combination with low intensity therapies (hypomethylating agent [HMA; azacitidine or decitabine] or low-dose cytarabine [LDAC]). A total of 212 patients from the HMA study and 92 patients from the LDAC study were included in the exposure-safety analyses. Those who received at least one dose of venetoclax and had at least one measurable response (201 and 83 in the HMA and LDAC studies, respectively) were included in the exposure-efficacy analyses.

We studied the effects of low-intensity broadband red light on electrical activity of the heart and oxidative modification of proteins in the myocardium of rats after asphyxia. It was shown that low-intensity red light reduced the content of oxidatively modified proteins in rat heart after oxidative stress caused by asphyxia. Exposure to low-intensity red light normalized ECG parameters in rats after asphyxia.
