Background: Intraoperative hypotension is very common during surgery and is linked to major organ dysfunction and mortality. Current perioperative blood pressure management is largely based on universal blood pressure thresholds ranging from a mean arterial pressure of 60-70 mmHg. However, the effectiveness of this conventional management remains unproven in prospective randomized trials.

Introduction: Higher perioperative opioid use has been associated with an increase in periprosthetic joint infection, thromboembolic complications, respiratory events, gastrointestinal complications, cost, and length of stay following hip and knee arthroplasty. Limited data exists regarding the relationship between the postoperative opioid dose and complication rates following primary total shoulder arthroplasty (TSA). The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between perioperative opioid consumption and postoperative complications following TSA.

Purpose Of The Study: improving the surgical treatment of biliary pancreatitis by using a universal retractor and improved methods of omentobursostomy with drainage of the omental bursa.
Study Design: Non-randomized controlled clinical trial Material and methods: This study included thirty-nine patients who underwent surgical procedures between October 2022 and September 2023 in Semey, located in the Abay region. The study examined the general characteristics of surgical interventions performed for acute biliary pancreatitis using our proposed treatment methods and devices to improve the outcomes of acute biliary pancreatitis.
