Background: The importance of surrogate endpoints, magnitude of clinical benefit of cancer drugs, and their prices have often been debated in the oncology world. No study, however, has systemically explored oncologists' perception regarding these issues.
Methods: We conducted a mixed-methods study including in-depth qualitative interviews of medical oncologists prescribing cancer drug therapy in India.

Background: Advances in precision oncology led to approval of tumour-agnostic molecularly guided treatment options (MGTOs). The minimum requirements for claiming tumour-agnostic potential remain elusive.
Methods: The European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Precision Medicine Working Group (PMWG) coordinated a project to optimise tumour-agnostic drug development.
Background: The 12-gene Oncotype DX Colon Recurrence Score® result quantifies the recurrence risk in stage II/III colon cancer (CC). This real-world study investigated stage II CC patients whose treatment decisions incorporated the Recurrence Score® (RS) result.
Materials And Methods: This retrospective analysis of a prospectively designed cohort included all stage II, mismatch repair-proficient CC patients who underwent 12-gene testing through Clalit between January 2011 and December 2016 and had available data with a minimum 3-year follow-up.

Background: The risk for recurrence in patients with distal gastric cancer can be reduced by surgical radicality. However, dispute exists about the value of the proposed minimum proximal margin distance (PMD). Here, we assess the prognostic value of the safety distance between the proximal resection margin and the tumor.

Purpose: Endometrial cancer (EC) is among the prevalent malignancies in gynecology, showing an increasing occurrence and mortality rate. The updated 2023 FIGO staging integrates both histopathological and molecular analyses, which significantly impact the prognosis and treatment approaches. This research aims to examine the effectiveness of MRI in identifying essential histopathological tumor features, including histological subtype, grade, and lymphovascular space invasion.
