Multiple Aneurysmal Arterial Disease (MAD) is an extremely rare arterial vascular condition and is produced by an abnormal alteration of smooth muscle cells and neutrophils, producing a multiple-aneurysmal degeneration. We present the case of a 36-year-old patient with a MAD in the cerebral territory and extremities with no surgical indication; however, with an aneurysm of the right inferior renal segmental artery, inferior mesenteric artery, left common iliac artery, and right internal iliac artery with surgical indication. An open approach with single-stage surgical repair, including graft interposition, bypass, exclusion, and vascular reimplantation, was performed.

Objective: We present our experience with endovascular Bentall procedure (Endo-Bentall) using a modular valve conduit (Endo-Bentall) in high-risk patients with aortic root pathologies.
Methods: The physician constructed Endo-Bentall device is composed of a self-expanding transcatheter aortic valve (TAVR), aortic endovascular stent graft (TEVAR), and two wire-reinforced fenestrations for coronary artery stenting. The TAVR valve is sutured into an appropriately sized TEVAR graft.

Objective: This study aimed to determine if routine dual-stage nonunion repair (DSR) surgery lead to better outcomes than single-stage nonunion (SSR) repair surgery in fracture nonunions without evident clinical or laboratory signs of infection.
Methods: Design: Retrospective comparison study.
Setting: Level One Trauma Center affiliated with an academic teaching hospital.

The presentation of pulmonary vasculature in pulmonary atresia with ventricular septal defect and major aortopulmonary collateral arteries (PA/VSD/MAPCA) is highly variable-as is the number, size and position of the MAPCAs and their relationship with the native pulmonary artery system. The priority in the management of this disease should be attaining timely and complete unifocalization, as opposed to single-stage full repair in every case. The merit of early unifocalization is that it secures the pulmonary vascular bed by (a) avoiding loss of lung segments from progressive stenosis/atresia of MAPCA origins, (b) preventing lung injury from high pressure/flow in areas fed by large, unobstructed MAPCAs, and (c) restoring central continuity of the pulmonary vasculature.

Diabetic foot wounds (DFW) are notoriously difficult to treat owing to poor vascularity, delayed healing and higher rates of infection. Human-derived acellular dermal matrices (ADM) have been used in DFW treatment, utilizing a matrix scaffold for new tissue generation. We investigate the efficacy of a micronized injectable human-derived ADM in the treatment of DFW.
