Gastric Linitis plastica is characterized by extensive infiltration of gastric wall by poorly differentiated tumor cells, creating a "leather-bottle stomach" appearance. We describe a case involving a 71-year-old male presenting with globus sensation, early satiety and weight loss. Recent EGD had revealed chronic gastritis with polypoid mucosa at the GE junction, and subsequent FDG-PET indicated asymmetric FDG localization.

Metastasis to the rectum is very rare and is usually caused by primaries from the breast, gastrointestinal tract, and genitourinary system. We report here a case of acute intestinal obstruction caused by an unusual rectal stenosis, for which he underwent a diversion stoma. On extensive evaluation for the etiology of the rectal stenosis, he was diagnosed with diffuse gastric cancer with Schnitzler's metastasis to the rectal submucosa.

Background: Linitis plastica is a challenging diagnosis in the setting of a patient with previous breast cancer.

Case Presentation: We present a case of a 74-year-old Chinese Female with a history of breast cancer who presented with epigastric pain, nausea, early satiety, and weight loss of 5 kg in 3 months. Endoscopic diagnosis of linitis plastica was made, but subsequent management plans were dependent on accurate histological assessment in view of her oncological history.

Pancreatic malignant tumors are diverse and characterized by aggressive nature with high mortality rates. Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is the most common type of pancreatic malignant tumors and accounts for approximately 90% of pancreatic malignancies. A subtype of PDAC, diffuse type PDAC (DTP), is a very rare and underreported tumor, known for its aggressive traits.

Background And Objective: Krukenberg tumours (KTs) are metastatic signet ring cell (SRC) adenocarcinomas of the ovary, arising from the stomach in most cases (70%). Other common primary sites are the colon, appendix and breast. The use of the term "Krukenberg tumour" is inconsistent in the literature which makes data interpretation difficult.
