Ultraviolet rays are known to have positive effect on psoriasis, but the cold climate and latitude in Northern Europe reduce access to the sun. Climatotherapy is a treatment modality where the patient is relocated to a warmer region with a high ultraviolet (UV) index. Young patients with psoriasis can be particularly burdened by the disease, and studies have shown an association between psoriasis and mood disorders.

- In a trial with 192 newborns, both treatments showed similar rates of exchange transfusions and mortality, indicating FSPT's non-inferiority.
- Overall, FSPT could be a practical option when electric therapy is unavailable, as it successfully prevented complications and was well-tolerated among treated infants.

Background: Fatigue is one of the most common symptoms treated in primary care and can lead to deficits in mental health and functioning. Light therapy can be an effective treatment for symptoms of fatigue; however, the feasibility, scalability, and individual-level heterogeneity of light therapy for fatigue are unknown.
Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the feasibility, acceptability, and effectiveness of a series of personalized (N-of-1) interventions for the virtual delivery of bright light (BL) therapy and dim light (DL) therapy versus usual care (UC) treatment for fatigue in 60 participants.

Telangiectasia macularis eruptiva perstans (TMEP) is a rare disease, previously classified as a variant of cutaneous mastocytosis. While no gold standard of treatment exists, several treatments have been studied. We report a case of a 63-year-old woman who presented with long-standing asymptomatic telangiectatic macules beginning on the upper chest, back, and bilateral arms, with occasional pruritus and no other systemic symptoms.
