Background: Postinfectious cough was a common clinical symptom, which troubled patients and increased economic burden. The efficacy of pharmacotherapy for this symptom was unsatisfactory. This study aimed to explore the intervention effect of intensified mask-wearing on patients with post-upper respiratory tract infection cough and its role in reducing the economic burden of patients.

Objective: To evaluate the clinical outcome of the Karydakis flap procedure performed by a single surgeon for the treatment of pilonidal sinus, focusing on postoperative complications, recurrence rate, wound healing time, and return to daily life.
Methods: Authors performed a retrospective data analysis of patients who underwent reconstruction of pilonidal sinus using the Karydakis technique at the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Hand Surgery, Center for Severe Burn Injuries of Paracelsus Medical University, Klinikum Nürnberg, Germany, between 2014 and 2021. All cases were performed by a single surgeon.

Purpose: To examine the safety and efficiency of a single-drug therapy with silodosin or tamsulosin versus combined therapy with silodosin plus tadalafil and tamsulosin plus tadalafil as a medical expulsive therapy (MET) for lower ureteral stones.
Methods: This research was a prospective randomized clinical trial carried out at Fayoum University Hospital, Egypt, over one year. Patients with lower ureteral stones (5-10 mm) were randomly allocated into one of four treatment groups.

Unlabelled: The purpose of this study was to extend the limited research on group stimulus preference assessment (SPA) procedures. The study occurred in two sections of a middle school special education classroom and included 20 students with multi-categorical disabilities. A paired stimulus group SPA was used to identify a preference hierarchy for each class, and results were validated using single case designs in which baseline conditions were compared to group contingency conditions with alternating sessions of the highest-preferred (high-p) and lowest-preferred (low-p) consequences.
