Importance: Patients with uterine factor infertility (UFI) have few options for family building. Uterus transplant is a feasible treatment for some patients; however, cost remains a significant concern.
Objective: To compare the cost effectiveness of treatment for patients with absolute uterine factor infertility to achieve 1-2 singleton births by gestational carrier or uterus transplant DESIGN: Decision analysis from the United States healthcare sector perspective, with time horizons to achieve one or two singleton births.

Objective: This study aimed to assess the long-term outcome and prognostic factors of vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) for drug-resistant epilepsy (DRE) using real-world data.
Method: We included 189 DRE patients who underwent VNS implantation between 2005 and 2018 at nine national hospitals in Korea. Seizure-frequency data obtained quarterly one year before and after surgery and annually up to four years after surgery were collected from medical records.

Approximately 5-10% of patients with hypertension have secondary hypertension. We describe a case of secondary hypertension from bilateral renal artery stenosis (RAS): "Pickering syndrome." This is a case of hypertension secondary to bilateral RAS which provides an opportunity to review secondary hypertension with a specific focus on RAS, in terms of when to consider work up, causes of secondary hypertension, diagnostic testing, and treatment.

Methods: A cross-sectional analytical study was conducted among PLWHIV in Burkina Faso between April 15 and August 8, 2022.
