The authors report their experience about surgical laparoscopy in the management of women infertility. Based on a series of 87 patients (median age: 31 years), 61% have primary infertility. The surgical procedures were distal tuboplasty in 26 cases, endometriosis cure in 19 cases, ovarian driling for polycystic ovarian syndrome in 18 cases and adhesiolysis in 24 cases. The rate of intra uterine pregnancy of the 81 followed patients is 40.7% with 23 newborn (28.39%), 5 abortions (6.17%) and 5 current pregnancies (6.17%). The rate of ectopic pregnancies is 3.7%.

Heterotopic pregnancy is defined as the concurrent presence of both an intrauterine pregnancy and an extrauterine (typically ectopic) pregnancy. This report presents the case of a 36-year-old female patient who presented to the emergency department with lower abdominal pain. A comprehensive evaluation, including transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound imaging, revealed a heterotopic pregnancy at an estimated gestational age of six weeks and two days.

The incidence of multiple magnetic foreign body (MMFB) ingestion in children is rising, which poses a serious risk for gastrointestinal tract injury. In the current study, the clinical characteristics were analyzed to enhance awareness among parents and caregivers, treatment experiences were summarized and discussed, and optimal treatment plans were identified. A retrospective analysis was performed on 130 pediatric patients with MMFB ingestion at the Children's Hospital Affiliated with Zhejiang University School of Medicine, between June 2016 and June 2023.
