Aim: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a growing social health issue. Primary healthcare institutions are where children most commonly seek help, and family physicians in primary care play a crucial role in early ASD detection. This study aims to assess the knowledge level, behaviours, and attitudes of family physicians and family medicine residents across Turkey, identify factors affecting their knowledge, and raise awareness among physicians.

The overall results of a research project represent a synthesis of the individual results obtained from the participants, which together lead to the conclusions of the research. The importance of informing participants is emphasised in the recommendations on research ethics. However, this good practice is not systematic and can present various challenges in its implementation, despite the fact that participants often express a desire to be informed.

Background: Switching between versions of medication products happens commonly despite challenges in achieving bioequivalence and therapeutic equivalence. Central nervous system and psychiatric drugs, especially those that are technically demanding to manufacture and have complex pharmacokinetic properties, such as long-acting injectables (LAIs), pose particular challenges to bioequivalence and safe and efficacious drug switching.
Aims: To assess whether drugs deemed "bioequivalent" are truly interchangeable in drug switching.
Backgrounds: Breech presentation, family history, and physical examination are the most recognized risk factors for DDH, which form the basis of selective screening. However, this approach can lead to late diagnosis, invasive treatments, and complications. This study analyzes the effectiveness of selective screening and identifies additional factors related to DDH.

Gastrointestinal (GI) involvement in Lewy body diseases (LBDs) has been observed since the initial descriptions of patients by James Parkinson. Recent experimental and human observational studies raise the possibility that pathogenic alpha-synuclein (⍺-syn) might develop in the GI tract and subsequently spread to susceptible brain regions. The cellular and mechanistic origins of ⍺-syn propagation in disease are under intense investigation.
