Disseminated histoplasmosis is the most serious form of the disease produced by the fungus Histoplasma capsulatum. The authors report one case of disseminated African's histoplasmosis with numerous bones in Togolese immunocompetent child. The left tibia and fibula, the collarbones and the acromion were the bones mostly affected. The chronic fistulate lesion of the left leg associated with skin lesion allowed to evoke the diagnosis, this being confirmed by histological examination.
