Importance: Rapid digitalization of health care and a dearth of digital health education for medical students and junior physicians worldwide means there is an imperative for more training in this dynamic and evolving field.
Objective: To develop an evidence-informed, consensus-guided, adaptable digital health competencies framework for the design and development of digital health curricula in medical institutions globally.
Evidence Review: A core group was assembled to oversee the development of the Digital Health Competencies in Medical Education (DECODE) framework.

CT chest scans are commonly performed worldwide, either in routine clinical practice for a wide range of indications or as part of lung cancer screening programs. Many of these scans detect lung nodules, which are small, rounded opacities measuring 8-30 mm. While the concern about nodules is that they may represent early lung cancer, in screening programs, only 1% of such nodules turn out to be cancer.

Anti-tumor immunotherapy was rediscovered and rejuvenated in the last two decades with the discovery of CTLA-4, PD-1 and PD-L1 and the roles in inhibiting immune function and tumor evasion of anti-tumor immune response. Following the approval of the first checkpoint inhibitor ipilimumab against CTLA-4 in melanoma in 2011, there has been a rapid development of tumor immunotherapy. Furthermore, additional positive and negative molecules among the T-cell regulatory systems have been identified that that function to fine tune the stimulatory or inhibitory immune cells and modulate their functions (checkpoint modulators).

Aim: To determine the utility of anti-tissue transglutaminase IgA antibodies (tTG-IgA) and anti-deaminated gliadin peptide IgG antibodies (DGP-IgG) in detecting coeliac disease (CD) and whether DGP-IgG can replace anti-endomysial IgA antibody in the European Society for Paediatric Gastroenterology Hepatology and Nutrition no-biopsy approach in diagnosing CD.
Methods: Children aged < 19 years who had paired tTG-IgA and DGP-IgG performed and had a gastroscopy with biopsies between 1 March 2016 and 31 October 2020 were retrospectively reviewed.
Results: Of 1206 patients who fulfilled the study criteria, 298 (24.

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is a distinctive epithelial cancer closely associated with Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) infection, posing significant challenges in diagnosis and treatment due to its resistance to conventional therapies and high recurrence rates. Current therapies, including radiotherapy and chemotherapy, exhibit limited efficacy, particularly in recurrent or metastatic cases, highlighting the urgent need for novel therapeutic strategies. Targeting EBV oncoproteins, such as Epstein-Barr Virus encoded Nuclear Antigen 1 (EBNA1), Latent Membrane Protein 1 (LMP1), and Latent Membrane Protein 2 (LMP2), presents a promising therapeutic avenue in NPC treatment.
