Dentists today have an increasing number of ways to restore chewing function lost due to missing teeth. The loss of chewing function has many more consequences than one might initially think. Oral function concerns not only chewing but also proprioception and osseoperception, and it influences brain function too.

Aim And Background: To find out which management methods are preferred by dentists in the private sector of Casablanca for a deep carious lesion or a pulp exposure during carious tissue removal in adult patients.
Materials And Methods: A questionnaire consisting of 25 questions was sent to 300 randomly sampled dentists in Casablanca. Only specialists in conservative dentistry and endodontics and general practitioners were included.

: The most recent guidelines and recommendations regarding treatments of dental caries in children are shifting towards evidence-based minimal or non-invasive approaches aiming to preserve the vitality of teeth and potentially reduce the need for dental general anesthesia. This study investigated the treatment recommendations of dentists actively practicing pediatric dentistry in Germany regarding different patient cases with caries in primary teeth. The questionnaire was distributed on paper or online to pediatric dentists and general dentists practicing pediatric dentistry.

Background: Food-drug interactions (FDIs) may alter drug pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, modifying the whole therapy's effectiveness. Some of them cause the attenuation of drug effects, while others inhibit the medicines' metabolism resulting, in too high concentrations of the medicine in the body. Thus, some healthcare professionals-doctors, pharmacists or dieticians-should be aware of the possibility of food-drug interactions.
