N6-methyladenosine (mA), a prevalent and essential RNA modification, serves a key function in driving autoimmune disease pathogenesis. By modulating immune cell development, activation, migration, and polarization, as well as inflammatory pathways, mA is crucial in forming innate defenses and adaptive immunity. This article provides a comprehensive overview of mA modification features and reveals how its dysregulation affects the intensity and persistence of immune responses, disrupts immune tolerance, exacerbates tissue damage, and promotes the development of autoimmunity.

Importance: Lupus nephritis is typically treated with intravenous cyclophosphamide, which is associated with serious adverse effects. Oral mizoribine may be an alternative for induction therapy of lupus nephritis. However, large-scale, long-term, randomized clinical studies of mizoribine are lacking.

Background: Extracellular vesicles (EVs) produced in the tumor microenvironment in response to chemotherapy promote chemotherapy-resistant phenotypes. However, the role of EVs proteins induced by gastric cancer (GC) cell chemotherapy in regulating chemotherapy resistance remains unclear.
Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to verify the relationship between brain-specific angiogenesis inhibitor 1-associated protein-2-like protein 2 (BAIAP2L2) expression and chemotherapy resistance in advanced GC.

Background: Chronic migraine (CM) patients with medication overuse headache (MOH) exhibit distinct neurobiological alterations compared to those without MOH. However, prior studies, often limited to single imaging modalities, have yielded inconsistent findings. This study employs multimodal MRI-combining structural, diffusion tensor, and functional imaging-to characterize brain abnormalities in CM patients with and without MOH, while investigating the relationship between acute analgesic use frequency and these changes.
