Background: With the accelerated development of the aging trend in Chinese society, the aging problem has become one of the key factors affecting sustainable economic and social development. Given the importance of controlling carbon emissions for achieving global climate goals and China's economic transformation, studying the spatial and temporal effects of population aging on carbon emissions and their pathways of action is of great significance for formulating low-carbon development strategies adapted to an aging society.
Objective: This paper aims to explore the spatial-temporal effects of population aging on carbon emissions, identify the key pathways through which aging affects carbon emissions, and further explore the variability of these effects across different regions.

Introduction: Bunge is an important medicinal legume species widely cultivated in northeastern China (NEC) and northwestern China (NWC) and can establish a symbiotic relationship with nitrogen-fixing rhizobial strains. However, there are limited reports comparing the genetic diversity, differentiation, and gene flow of rhizobial strains associated with this plant in different geographic regions.
Methods: We used multilocus sequence analysis (MLSA) to investigate the phylogeny and genetic diversity of rhizobia and to estimate their intra- and inter-regional gene flow and genetic differentiation based on the analysis of concatenated core genes (, , and ) and the critical symbiotic gene .
Objective: Aim: To find out the problems of the harmonization of the criminal legislation of the certain continental law countries to ensure the protection of the circulation of medicinal products.
Patients And Methods: Materials and Methods: This study is based on the analysis of the international legal acts, in particular, the Directives of the EU, as well as Medicrime Convention, national acts of criminal legislation of the certain continental law countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Ukraine, etc.), national judicial practice, data on the number of criminal proceedings in the courts of Ukraine, criminal and medical law legal doctrine (38 normative legal acts and 15 court judgments), data of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.

Background: Data science approaches have proved crucial for generating major insights to address public health challenges. While such approaches have played significant roles during the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been limited investment in capacity building in data science skills and infrastructure for health researchers in LMICs.
Objectives: This review aims to identify current health data science capacity building initiatives and gaps in Africa, Asia, and Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), to support knowledge sharing and collaborations, and inform future initiatives and associated investment.
