Results of 136 femoro-tibial bypasses performed in 127 patients were analyzed. There were the following complications: lethal outcome (1.5%) due to myocardial infarction, thrombosis of shunts (10.3%). Surgery with "in situ" technique has demonstrated the best patency of femoro-tibial autovenous bypasses (68.7%). Combination of femoro-tibial bypass with lumbar sympathectomy and creation of arterio-venous fistula leads to improvement of bypasses function in long-term period after surgery.

Purpose: To determine in the long-term the rate of osteoarthritis of recession wedge trochleoplasty performed in patients with high-grade trochlear dysplasia and recurrent patellar dislocations. The hypothesis was that the rate of secondary osteoarthritis was low.
Methods: Fifteen consecutive patients (17 knees) undergoing a recession wedge trochleoplasty surgery for recurrent patellar dislocation were retrospectively included.

Introduction And Importance: Posterolateral knee dislocations are rare, complex injuries predominantly resulting from high-energy trauma. They present significant diagnostic and therapeutic challenges, crucial for maintaining long-term knee function and stability.
Case Presentation: We report the case of Mr.

Objective: The aim of this retrospective study was to assess bone resorption due to stress shielding in total knee replacement (TKR), comparing titanium bases (TiB) versus all polyethylene bases (APB), analyzing its incidence, progression and mechanical consequences after 10 years of follow-up.
Methods: We evaluated two groups of patients undergoing TKR, one treated with TiB and the other with APB, operated consecutively between 2004 and 2009 with a diagnosis of idiopathic gonarthrosis and a minimum of 10 years of follow-up. Deen's radiographical method was used to assess tibial bone resorption.

(1) Background: While tibial bypass surgery still plays a role in the treatment of patients with chronic limb-threatening ischemia and diabetic foot syndrome; only a few centers have recorded considerable numbers of these conditions. The current study aimed to determine contemporary practice with special focus on the performance of extra-anatomic grafting to the infrapopliteal arteries. (2) Methods: A retrospective, single-center study included patients with tibial bypass grafts from 1 January 2008 to 31 December 2019.

Objective: High tibial osteotomy (HTO) is an established procedure to treat medial compartmental osteoarthritis (OA) knee associated with varus deformity. It is well documented that precise correction of deformity and maintenance of correction achieved is important to ensure long term good results. This study was undertaken to record changes in radiological parameters and its effect on the functional outcomes in first two years following HTO done for varus degenerative OA kneeby hemicallotasis technique using HTO fixator.
