Scrotal masses are common findings on genitourinary exam. The majority of these masses are benign and can be identified via history and physical exam alone. Question as to the origin of these masses merits additional evaluation that typically consists of an imaging study (e.g., ultrasound) and possibly serum tumor markers (e.g., HCG and AFP). In the end, surgical exploration may be necessary. Herein, the authors describe a rare case of benign paratesticular Schwannoma and discuss the clinical presentation and treatment of scrotal masses.

Paratesticular adenomatoid tumors are benign and rare neoplasms, and the management of these lesions is challenging as many cases end up in the operation room due to the lack of specific clinical and radiological features to differentiate them from malignant lesions. We report a case of adenomatoid tumor of the tunica albuginea in a 48-year-old male along with a review of the literature for similar cases in the last 10 years.

Paratesticular fibrous pseudotumors are rare benign tumors. This case reports paratesticular fibrous pseudotumors in a very young patient. A previously healthy 16-month-old boy was seen due to a growing scrotal mass.

Scrotal cellular angiofibroma (CAF) is a rare, benign, soft-tissue paratesticular tumor that has been sporadically reported previously.
