The review is devoted to molecular genetic factors of hemostasis system in assessing the risk of arterial and venous thrombosis in microvascular surgery. In modern reconstructive surgery, one can trace a tendency towards preoperative management taking into account molecular-genetic risk factors of hemostatic disorders for prevention of intravascular thrombosis. The importance of multidisciplinary concept in prevention is undeniable.

Background: Autologous skin grafting has been the popular method for reconstructing post-burn defects. However, this technique has limitations such as high contracture rates and inadequate volume coverage. This report aims to propose the principles and advantages of utilizing microsurgically linked perforator flaps for the reconstruction of extensive burn defects and associated post-burn scar contracture in the lower and upper extremities and trunk.

Objective: Peripheral nerve lesions often lead to significant and permanent loss of motor and sensory function. The aim of peripheral nerve grafting is to bridge nerve defects.
Indications: When tension-free nerve repair is not possible, peripheral nerve grafting is indicated.
Objective: Severe limb amputation trauma often results in bone and soft tissue defects after debridement. Traditional replantation aims to save the limb by shortening the ischemic period and using autologous transplantation for repair, but it can lead to surgical trauma, donor site damage, and prolonged operation time. Due to contusion, pollution, and complex injury, there is no unified standard for replantation and fixation.

Background: In this phase I clinical trial, our primary objective was to develop an innovative therapeutic approach utilizing autologous bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stromal/stem cells (BM-MSCs) for the treatment of nonobstructive azoospermia (NOA). Additionally, we aimed to assess the feasibility and safety of this approach.
Materials And Methods: We recruited 80 participants in this non-randomized, open-label clinical trial, including patients undergoing NOA treatment using autologous BM-MSCs (n=40) and those receiving hormone therapy as a control group (n=40).
