Objective: To report the clinical features of 9 cases and review the previously reported 8 cases of an uncommon müllerian anomaly, characterized by the presence of a complete uterine septum with cervical duplication and represent a a longitudinal vaginal septum.
Study Design: Retrospective clinical study.
Results: Nine patients aged 21-32 presented to our clinic with complaints of dyspareunia, dysmenorrhea, and primary or secondary infertility. All 9 patients displayed a single uterus with smooth fundal contour, double cervix and longitudinal vaginal septum. Some additional abnormal findings were associated with these anomalies in some patients: polycystic ovaries in 3 cases and different degrees of endometriosis in 2 cases. Most of the patients had normal tubal patency.
Conclusion: According to a MEDLINE search, only 8 cases of septate uterus with cervical duplication and a longitudinal vaginal septum have been reported to date. We report 9 more cases, which suggest that this atypical septate uterus type is probably more frequent than reported. These cases support the bidirectional müllerian theory and may imply the presence of another type of mullerian anomaly.

Introduction And Hypothesis: Autologous fascia lata has been increasingly utilised in pelvic floor reconstructive surgeries such as sacrocolpopexy and sacrohysteropexy. This case highlights sacrohysteropexy with autologous fascia lata as a promising option for women with advanced uterovaginal prolapse who wish to preserve their uterus and avoid synthetic mesh.
Methods: We report the case of a 65-year-old woman with stage 3 pelvic organ prolapse following one forceps and one spontaneous vaginal delivery.

Background: Most studies on pelvic floor muscle morphology (dimensions, shape) and its relationship with patient characteristic risk factors of pelvic floor dysfunction (demographics, medical history) have largely pertained to White individuals with vaginas. There is a need to establish normative data on pelvic floor muscle anatomy and identify morphological differences in racially diverse cohorts that may play a role in racial differences in the prevalence and pathophysiology of pelvic floor dysfunction.

This is the case of a 30-year-old nulliparous patient with a complete uterine septum, double cervix and non- obstructive longitudinal vaginal septum (Class U2bC2V1 according to the ESHRE/ESGE classification). The patient presented with severe dyspareunia and dysmenorrhea. Imaging revealed a complex Müllerian anomaly and hysteroscopic treatment was agreed.

Background: The longitudinal vaginal septum and oblique vaginal septum are female müllerian duct anomalies that are relatively less diagnosed but severely fertility-threatening in clinical practice. Ultrasound imaging is commonly used to examine the two vaginal malformations, but in fact it's difficult to make an accurate differential diagnosis.
