Anticancer drugs off label used in Tenon hospital were analysed by a panel of 12 experts not working at Tenon hospital. They distinguished 3 groups of off-label prescribing according to scientific evidence, labelling anticancer drugs alternative in presence and patient's characteristics: justified off label used (62%), unjustified off label used (26%) and prescriptions for which no consensus had been reached between the experts (12%). Nineteen per cent of unjustified off label used had labelling alternative and 7% did not have anticancer drugs labelling alternative. Questions who experts had to answer to analyse drugs prescribing could be systematically asked when a chemotherapy is prescribed. It could allowed to take into account scientific, economic and ethical requirements. This method proposed by the local drug committee could be used to regulate economic resources and to justify financing of some expensive anticancer drugs.

Ion channels, as functional molecules that regulate the flow of ions across cell membranes, have emerged as a promising target in cancer therapy due to their pivotal roles in cell proliferation, metastasis, apoptosis, drug resistance, and so on. Recently, increasing evidence suggests that dysregulation of ion channels is a common characteristic of cancer cells, contributing to their survival and the resistance to conventional therapies. For example, the aberrant expression of sodium (Na) and potassium ion (K) channels is significantly correlated with the sensitivity of chemotherapy drugs.

Background: Recombinant human granulocyte-colony stimulating factors (G-CSF)-induced aortitis is a rare but particularly serious adverse event, commonly seen in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. The aim of this article is to clarify the clinical characteristics of G-CSF- induced aortitis and provide effective references for clinical diagnosis and intervention.
Methods: Case reports of adverse reactions of aortitis induced by G-CSF were collected from the relevant databases.

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is now the third most common cancer worldwide. However, the development cycle for anticancer drugs is lengthy and the failure rate is high, highlighting the urgent need for new tumor models for CRC-related research. The decellular matrix (dECM) offers numerous cell adhesion sites, proteoglycan and cytokines.

c-Src, also known as cellular Src, is a non-receptor tyrosine kinase that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, adhesion, and migration. Its dysregulation has been implicated in the development and progression of several diseases, particularly cancer. Current therapeutic agents targeting c-Src are primarily small molecules binding to its kinase domain.

Purpose: Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a disease associated with high incidence and high mortality, which is a major problem threatening women's health. Xiaoyao Sanjie Decoction (XYSJD) exhibits remarkable therapeutic efficacy on TNBC; however, the underlying mechanism is unclear. This study verified the efficacy of XYSJD and its active component in the treatment of TNBC and explored its potential mechanism.
