This case study highlights the use of cinematic rendering (CR) in preoperative planning for the excision of a cyst in the oral and maxillofacial region of a 60-year-old man. The patient presented with a firm, non-tender mass in the right cheek, clinically suspected to be an epidermoid cyst. Conventional imaging, including dental magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) protocols, confirmed the lesion's size, location, and benign nature.

Background: Medical students often struggle to engage with and retain complex pharmacology topics during their preclinical education. Traditional teaching methods can lead to passive learning and poor long-term retention of critical concepts.
Objective: This study aims to enhance the teaching of clinical pharmacology in medical school by using a multimodal generative artificial intelligence (genAI) approach to create compelling, cinematic clinical narratives (CCNs).

: Spinal flexibility radiographs are important in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) for clinical decision-making. In this study, we introduce a new method, the 'quantitatively controlled standing fulcrum side-bending' test (CSFS test). This is a feasibility study; we aimed to quantify the applied force and track the temporospatial changes in the spine specifically by measuring the continuous change in the Cobb angle (in degrees) during lateral bending.

However, the anatomic location of upper airway obstruction in these patients cannot be determined by PSG, especially in children with complex upper airway obstruction. CT imaging and endoscopic evaluation have been proposed for the evaluation of upper airways in these children.
