Academic-service partnerships are the future. These partnerships require a new paradigm and new practice models that necessitate change in how and where decisions are made as well as who is accountable for both the decisions and the outcomes of those decisions. The role of organizational leaders in this new paradigm becomes aligning resources to create and sustain partnerships. Partnerships are relationships and are only as effective as the communication between all entities. Decision-making is an important outcome of partnerships, yet there is little research regarding specific behavioral strategies that promote quality problem solving and decision-making. This paper extends the work of organizational theorist Ralph Stacey by proposing an event-driven typology of behavioral strategies for problem solving. The typology can assist organizational leaders to align resources for best practices in academic-service partnerships and be used as a framework for future research.

Using a causal loop diagram approach (CLD), the study aims to identify key factors to effective implementation, how they interact to shape the outcome of the policy, and actionable strategies to address the challenges hindering the policy sustainability.

Objective: This study assessed the utility and effectiveness of the new general health integration (GHI) framework among community behavioral health organizations designated as certified community behavioral health clinics (CCBHCs) or in the process of applying to become a CCBHC.
Methods: Nineteen licensed community behavioral health clinics, 18 of which had CCBHC status, participated in a 12-month learning collaborative. They used the GHI framework to assess their integration stage for 15 subdomains within eight domains of evidence-based practice.

In general, edge computing networks are based on a distributed computing environment and hence, present some difficulties to obtain an appropriate load balancing, especially under dynamic workload and limited resources. The conventional approaches of Load balancing like Round-Robin and Threshold-based load balancing fails in scalability and flexibility issues when applied to highly variable edge environments.
