The work of a COPE study group on boundaries is presented, with particular focus on post-termination contact after the training analysis. Through the use of clinical examples evocative and illustrative of the complexity of postanalytic contacts and relationships in the training analysis situation, a number of dilemmas are identified that former analysts and patients face when they meet as colleagues after the training analysis is over. These dilemmas, it is argued, have implications for the conduct and effectiveness of the training analysis and for the institutional cultures and power relations that evolve within institutes.

Background: Previous studies regarding mind-body exercise among people with breast cancer mostly focused on one type of mind-body exercise and provided conflicting results.
Aims: This paper aims to systematically synthesize the evidence hierarchy and examine the credibility of previous meta-analyses of different types of mind-body exercises.
Methods: We searched PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, and Epitemonikos from database inception to February 2nd, 2024, for meta-analyses of randomized controlled trials.

Background: Gliomas represent the most aggressive malignancies of the central nervous system, with posttranslational modifications (PTMs) emerging as critical regulators of oncogenic processes through dynamic protein functional modulation. Despite their established role in tumor biology, the systematic characterization of PTM-mediated molecular mechanisms driving glioma progression remains unexplored. This study aims to uncover the molecular mechanisms of glioma, with a focus on the role of PTMs.

Aim: This study aims to explore the factors impacting implant plaque re-formation after implant polishing surgery for peri-implantitis and to establish a predictive model using crucial factors, thereby providing an evidence-based reference for managing this condition.
Methods: This retrospective study analyzed clinical data from 203 patients who underwent implant polishing and shaping procedures in Suzhou Stomatological Hospital between November 2018 and October 2023. Study subjects were divided into a training set (n = 142) and a validation set (n = 61) in a 7:3 ratio.

Aim: To investigate predictive value of the systemic immune-inflammation index (SII) combined with the distal ureteral diameter ratio (UDR) for early breakthrough urinary tract infection (BT-UTI) in children with primary vesicoureteral reflux (VUR).
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 150 VUR patients admitted to ShangHai Children's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023. Patients were divided into the early BT-UTI group (n = 52) and the non-earlyBT-UTI group (n = 98) based on whether early BT-UTI occurred.

Background: Federal laws require healthcare organizations (HCOs) to provide patients' disability accommodations when requested. However, patients' accommodations needs are often unmet, contributing to inequities in healthcare access and outcomes. Little is known about the systems and processes HCOs use to provide accommodations in varied settings.
