An experiment was conducted to assess the effects of the BCAA and their interactions on performance, carcass composition, lipid metabolism, liver health, and intestinal morphometry in broiler chickens. Male chickens ( = 1080) were randomly assigned into floor pens in a 3 × 3 factorial design with 3 dietary ratios of SID Leu:Lys (110, 150, and 190%), and 3 dietary ratios of SID Ile-Val:Lys (68-77, 78-87, and 88-97%). Performance parameters were assessed from 1 to 35 days of age.

Catalytic subunit of DNA polymerase ζ (REV3), involved in translesion-replication is evolutionarily conserved from yeast and plants to higher eukaryotes. However, a large intermediate domain is inserted in REV3 of humans and mice. The domain has "DUF4683" region, which is significantly similar to human neurite extension and migration factor (NEXMIF).

Approximately 80% of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) patients exhibit EGFR overexpression. The overexpression of EGFR has been linked to its potential role in modulating major histocompatibility complex class I (MHC-I) molecules. We discovered that EGFR, operating in a kinase-independent manner, played a role in stabilizing the expression of SLC7A11, which subsequently inhibited MHC-I antigen presentation.

Lung cancer is a type of cancer that begins in the lungs and is one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths worldwide. Herein an attempt to explore the relationship between the properties of indolone derivatives and their anticancer activity was investigated, implementing in silico approaches. Four indolone derivatives with the highest anticancer potential were selected to evaluate their pharmacological properties.
