Introduction: Focal atrial tachycardia (FAT) is predominant in the pediatric population. Recent research has identified cases of sustained FAT originating from the interatrial septum (IAS); a subset of cases presents a unique challenge, with foci originating from the peri-patent foramen ovale (peri-PFO), requiring specialized management during catheter ablation. Here, we present a rare case of peri-PFO-associated FAT that resulted in tachycardia-related cardiomyopathy and propose a comprehensive multipath joint strategy for the successful treatment of PFO-associated FAT.

The sphenoidal sinus septum is one of the most important landmarks during endonasal endoscopic transsphe-noidal operations. During routine coronal sectioning of the face, we found a variant Y-shaped septum in the sphenoidal sinus of a female cadaver. This unusual septum was found between two sections (anterior and posterior sections) and located inferior to the pituitary gland.

Purpose: The maxillary tuberosity, a critical anatomical landmark in dentistry and maxillofacial surgery, is burdened by terminological confusion. This inconsistency hampers clinical practice and communication across disciplines.
Method: Different resources were used to argue for the necessity of standardising the terminology related to maxillary tuberosity to enhance diagnostic precision and ultimately improve patient outcomes.

Background: Worn dentition is a common problem encountered by most people in the last decade. Rehabilitation of a full mouth needs individual attention and proper treatment planning, which is very challenging for partial edentulous cases where bilateral teeth are missing and collapsed vertical dimension leaves inadequate restorative space. Treatment of these cases is complex and needs to apply standard principles while designing and fabricating prostheses.

Background: Supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) is very common in daily clinical practice, especially in the emergency department, with rapid onset and urgent management. The review highlights the recent genetic predispositions and mechanisms in SVT.
Methods: Through analysis of epidemiology, familial clustering, and gene mutations of the relevant literature, the review elucidates the genetic properties and potential pathophysiology of SVT.
