Retroareolar cysts (RCs) are a benign self-resolving condition primarily affecting pubertal individuals. However, their presentation as asymptomatic bluish areolar lumps remains underreported in the literature, with only six cases previously documented. This lack of awareness may lead to the oversight of RCs during diagnosis.

Background: With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, telemedicine was rapidly implemented in care settings globally. To understand what factors affect the successful completion of telemedicine visits in our urban, academic family medicine clinic setting, we analysed telemedicine visits carried out during the pandemic.
Methods: We conducted a retrospective chart review of telemedicine visits from 2 clinical units within a family medicine centre.

Objective: Abdominal wall masses often pose diagnostic challenges for clinicians due to their nonspecific symptoms. They include a wide spectrum of lesions ranging from inflammatory to tumor-like masses and malignancies. The majority of the malignant nodules are metastatic in origin and may be the initial presentation of a primary malignancy; hence, an early diagnosis is important.

Importance: Because of a paucity of qualitative research on prurigo nodularis (PN), the symptoms and impacts of PN that are most important to patients are poorly understood.
Objective: To explore patients' perspectives on their PN symptoms and to understand the impacts of the condition.
Design, Setting, And Participants: One-on-one qualitative telephone interviews were held with English-speaking US adults aged 18 years or older with a confirmed diagnosis of PN, severe pruritus, and moderate to severe sleep disturbance.
