The inclusion of trauma-informed practices in nursing education emphasizes the importance of understanding this generation of students impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and other potential traumas. Background: Nurse faculty play a critical role in shaping the clinical experience of student nurses through their support and guidance during clinical placements. However, despite this evidence, the mechanism by which nurse faculty support contributes to effective clinical adjustment in students remains unexplored.
Purpose: This study examined the intermediary role of psychological resilience in the relationship between nurse faculty support and clinical adjustment among student nurses.
Memory-like NK cell differentiation, inhibitory NKG2A blockade, and improved recognition via antibody or CAR engineering combine to enhance NK cell attack against multiple myeloma.

Natural killer (NK) cells are a promising approach for cellular cancer immunotherapy and are being investigated to treat patients with multiple myeloma (MM). We found that MM patient blood NK cell frequencies were normal with increased activating receptors and cytotoxic granules, without evidence of functional exhaustion. Despite this activated state, MM target cells were resistant to conventional NK cells by unclear mechanisms.

Long-lasting immunological memory is a core feature of the adaptive immune system that allows an organism to have a potent recall response to foreign agents that have been previously encountered. Persistent humoral immunity is afforded by long-lived memory B cells and plasma cells, which can mature in germinal centers (GCs) in secondary lymphoid organs. The development of new GC-derived immunity diminishes with age, thereby impairing our immune system's response to both natural infections and vaccinations.
