Ewing's sarcoma is a rare and highly malignant tumour predominantly affecting the bones. Extra skeletal Ewing's sarcoma of Sino nasal tract, encompassing the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses is an exceedingly rare location for this tumour. We present a case of a 16 year-old boy who presented with right nasal obstruction, epistaxis and right facial swelling since 3 months.

Reporting the first successful treatment with oral Isavuconazole as primary antifungal agent following debridement, in an immunocompromised adult male with acute invasive fungal sinusitis involving multiple simultaneous fungal species. His comorbidities were retroviral and COVID infections, uncontrolled diabetes, ketoacidosis, and renal failure. A two-year follow-up revealed no recurrence.

A 69-year-old immunocompetent male with uncontrolled type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) presented with atypical left-sided headaches, diverging from his usual migraine pattern. Historically experiencing right-sided migraines, the patient's shift to left-sided headaches occurred after a month of using fluticasone for cold-like symptoms and potential mold exposure at home. Computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) suggested the diagnosis of skull base osteomyelitis.
