Introduction: The primitive ectoderm is the common origin of the nervous system, the skin and related organs. These structures can therefore be affected simultaneously by aggressions that take place during embryogenesis involving the ectodermal layer. To date multiple neurocutaneous associations have been reported, some of which were catalogued as genetically determined syndromes or diseases. Thus, it becomes possible to recognise these entities at an early stage, to carry out a better therapeutic approach to the neurological pathology and even, in some cases, to establish a prognosis.
Case Reports: We present five male patients between 2 and 7 years of age in whom we found a common pattern of deviated psychomotor and behavioural development consisting of a hyperactivity and impulsivity disorder associated to retarded language acquisition. Common to all of them was the hair growing with a double crown and dilatation of the Virchow-Robin spaces seen in the neuroimaging studies.
Conclusions: We propose a clinical-radiological association that, to our knowledge, has no equivalent in the literature, and we highlight the importance of knowing how to recognise both the neuropsychiatric symptoms and the skin features, as well as the characteristic neuroimaging findings of this group of patients.

Patients with estrogen receptor-positive (ER+), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HER2-) primary breast cancer (BC) have low pathological complete response (pCR) rates with neoadjuvant chemotherapy. A subset of ER+/HER2- BC contains dense lymphocytic infiltration. We hypothesized that addition of an anti-programmed death 1 agent may increase pCR rates in this BC subtype.

Addition of pembrolizumab to neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by adjuvant pembrolizumab improved outcomes in patients with high-risk, early-stage, triple-negative breast cancer. However, whether the addition of neoadjuvant pembrolizumab to chemotherapy would improve outcomes in high-risk, early-stage, estrogen receptor-positive/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (ER/HER2) breast cancer remains unclear. We conducted a double-blind, placebo-controlled phase 3 study (KEYNOTE-756) in which patients with previously untreated ER/HER2 grade 3 high-risk invasive breast cancer (T1c-2 (≥2 cm), cN1-2 or T3-4, cN0-2) were randomly assigned (1:1) to neoadjuvant pembrolizumab 200 mg or placebo Q3W given with paclitaxel QW for 12 weeks, followed by four cycles of doxorubicin or epirubicin plus cyclophosphamide Q2W or Q3W.

Objectives: The aim of the present study was to investigate, whether polyetherketoneketone (PEKK) secondary crowns could be considered as alternative to gold standard in terms of their physical properties and manufacturing costs.
Methods: An upper jaw model with six implants was used. Frameworks with either 6 PEKK- or 6 electroplated secondary crowns were cemented in a wear simulator.

Purpose: This study aims to evaluate the effects of taper angle and the number of insertion-removal cycles on the retention force of 4 mol% yttria partially stabilized zirconia (4Y-PSZ) double crowns over time.
Materials And Methods: Primary and secondary crowns were fabricated using 4Y-PSZ with taper angles of 2°, 4°, and 6° (n=15). Retention force during crown removal was measured after applying 50-N and 100-N loads.

Aim: This study aimed to compare the mixing efficacy and cost-effectiveness of new T-mixer tips against the standard double helical tips for a light-body elastomeric impression and a temporary/interim restorative material using a scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy.
Methodology: Automixed samples ( = 16) were divided into four groups of four samples each: Samples that were mixed with Helical tip for elastomer, T-mixer tip for elastomer, Helical tip for interim restorative material, and T-mixer tip for interim restorative material. These samples were then evaluated for SEM analysis.
