Splenic artery pseudoaneurysms have been conventionally treated with surgical or endovascular techniques, including transcatheter embolization. This case report describes the use of procoagulant components thrombin and collagen in large volume to percutaneously embolize a giant splenic artery pseudoaneurysm.
