The transcatheter management of complex cardiovascular diseases has significantly evolved, offering less invasive alternatives to traditional surgical interventions. In this report we describe 2 cases of patients who developed ascending aortic pseudoaneurysms soon after coronary artery bypass grafting. With meticulous computed tomography angiography planning and with live intracardiac echography, these patients underwent successful transcatheter repair using a 6/4-mm Amplatzer Duct Occluder II (Abbott) vascular plug.

Background: Intrasaccular flow diversion using the woven endobridge device (WEB; MicroVention, Aliso Viejo, CA, USA) for the treatment of intracranial aneurysms has demonstrated large scale safety and efficacy. However, limitations arise from its structural configuration, restricting its application to specific aneurysm sizes and shapes.
Technique Overview: We introduce the CUPCAKE technique, a combination of conventional coiling followed by WEB intrasaccular flow disruption in select cases of atypical aneurysms with technically challenging morphology not typically treatable by WEB alone.
Introduction: Reports of pseudoaneurysms associated with biliary self-expandable metallic stent (SEMS) placement have been increasing. Recently, cases of hepatic pseudoaneurysm rupture caused by double pigtail plastic stents (DPS) have also been reported. The symptoms of pseudoaneurysms are often non-specific, and many cases are diagnosed only after rupture.

Objective: Paravisceral aortic lesions present significant challenges for endovascular treatment. This retrospective analysis of consecutively treated patients from April 2017 to June 2021 aimed to analyse the outcome of primary intra-operative embolisation of aortic complicated pseudoaneurysms and gutter channels during parallel graft (PG) repair of paravisceral symptomatic aortic pseudoaneurysms.
Methods: Patients with symptomatic pseudoaneurysms of the paravisceral aorta treated with PGs using chimney or periscope configurations were included.

Subclavian artery pseudoaneurysms (SAPs) are rare and most often secondary to trauma. On the contrary, a mycotic origin is exceedingly rare, and defining this etiology can become challenging. We present a rare case of a tuberculous SAP in a young patient.
