Purpose: To propose a new sign of patellar maltracking in recurrent patellar dislocation (RPD) and compare the differences in lower limb rotational and bony structural abnormalities among the different signs.
Patients And Methods: A retrospective study included 279 patients (mean age: 22 years; female: 81%) who underwent primary surgery for RPD over the past 4 years was performed. The patients were grouped based on the characteristics of patellar tracking: low-, moderate- and high-grade J-sign.
The Aim Of The Study: Was to assess an impact of positioning occlusal splints made by various methods on the position of the articular disc of the temporomandibular joint according to MRI data.
Materials And Methods: 40 patients (8 men and 32 women) aged from 18 to 60 years with temporomandibular joint pain dysfunction syndrome were examined (ICD-10 code K07.60).

Rotator cuff tear (RCT) is the primary cause of shoulder pain and disability and frequently trigger muscle degeneration characterised by muscle atrophy, fatty infiltration and fibrosis. Single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) was used to reveal the transcriptional changes in the supraspinatus muscle after RCT. Supraspinatus muscles were obtained from patients with habitual shoulder dislocation (n = 3) and RCT (n = 3).
