The authors share their experience in treating 50 cases of stenosis or obstruction of the nasolacrimal outflow system. The main advantages of the internal dacryocystorhinostomy performed in operating microscope with intubation of lacrimal canaliculi are: minimally invasive, en excellent cosmetic effect, lack of cicatrix, saving of muscular elements responsible for the function of the lacrimal pump, possibility of surgical procedure in spite of an inflammatory process. The authors express the view, that the optimal solution for the treatment of the cases of lacrimal duct stenosis is the ophtalmologist-otorhinolaryngological team procedure while the whole diagnostic and healing process.

Purpose: To investigate the effect of S-100 absorbable hemostatic patch coverage on anastomotic mucosa in endonasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy (En-DCR).
Methods: Two hundred and twenty-six patients with unilateral chronic dacryocystitis (CD) were randomly divided into two groups in a randomized controlled trial: the S-100 absorbable hemostatic patch group (group A) and the control group (group B). All patients underwent En-DCR.

Purpose: The artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot ChatGPT has become a major tool for generating responses in healthcare. This study assessed ChatGPT's ability to generate French preoperative patient-facing medical information (PFI) in rhinology at a comparable level to material provided by an academic source, the French Society of Otorhinolaryngology (Société Française d'Otorhinolaryngologie et Chirurgie Cervico-Faciale, SFORL).
Methods: ChatGPT and SFORL French preoperative PFI in rhinology were compared by analyzing responses to 16 questions regarding common rhinology procedures: ethmoidectomy, sphenoidotomy, septoplasty, and endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy.

Clinical Relevance: Endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy (EN-DCR) is one of the preferred interventions for occlusion of the nasolacrimal drainage system. Understanding the bulbar conjunctival changes that occur after EN-DCR surgery will provide better insight into the effect of this procedure on visual quality and patient comfort.
Background: This study aimed to evaluate visual quality and bulbar conjunctival cytologic changes using in vivo confocal microscopy and corneal topography in patients with epiphora resulting from nasolacrimal duct obstruction after EN-DCR.

Purpose: To determine the risk factors impacting the surgical success of endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy (eDCR) in pediatric patients.
Methods: This is a retrospective interventional case series of patients 18 years and younger treated over a 16-year period via eDCR for nasolacrimal duct obstruction (NLDO). Data were extracted on surgical outcomes, follow-up duration, and comorbidities (i.
